About the event
When September Ends is L-Town Jubilee’s annual community marketplace and performing arts showcase focused on celebrating resilience, creativity, and the struggle of homelessness in the Greater Lansing Area. The event brings together individuals with lived experience, artists, performers, community organizations, local businesses, and neighbors for a day of storytelling, connection, and engagement. Through music, art, conversation, food, and community participation, the event creates space for people to move beyond stereotypes and build meaningful relationships. When September Ends is designed to inspire greater understanding, belonging, and community involvement in addressing homelessness together.
